Mariam’s work is addressing questions on existence and purpose,  a response to finding solace in such uncertain times. This understanding and experience allows her to unveil a new world of unchartered territories that one hardly visits but they have always been there inside us. The works narrate a different emotional estate that was experienced during the struggle towards self-discovery and acceptance, and an effort to connect with the core.
