Zafar’s expressionist paintings are about understanding the secrets of the universe in terms of energy, frequency and vibrations. The Unseen Realm is a major concern throughout her work where she explores the pulsation of physical forms. It enables her to perceive beyond the tangible to extract the infinite out of the finite. She advocates the liberation of the heart and soul, also perhaps self-healing, by diving into the abyss of the unknown which is not visible to the naked eye.
