Thanks for visiting our website, www.zaamanart.com (the “Site”). This Site is operated by Zaaman Art (“Zaaman Art” “we,” “us,”). Through the Site we provide an online art gallery experience that enables you to purchase artwork (“Artwork“) sourced exclusively by us from the artists.
Zaaman Art is not the owner of the art work, but we act as an agent and source different art works, mediums from around the globe and allow you to purchase on the terms set out here. This page (together with the documents expressly referred to on it) provides information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which Products listed on our website are sold to “You, Consumer” by us. These Terms govern your use of the Site and will apply to any product or services sold by us.
Please read these Terms carefully, because your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms from time to time. we encourage you to review these Terms whenever you use our Site because, by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes. Zaaman Art provides you with an access to and use of the Site subject to your compliance with the Terms. These Terms were most recently updated on 11th October 2020. These Terms are only in the English language.
Zaaman Art makes every effort to try and keep the colours of the Artwork as original as possible, yet we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will reflect these colours accurately.
Our carefully designed order processing system makes it easy for you to check your order and make changes to it before you make a purchase.
Once the order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Since Artworks are subject to availability, your order will be accepted once you receive an email from us with Subject “ Order Accepted” or “Order Notification”. An order dispatch email with Subject (“Dispatch Verification“) will be sent once your Artwork has been sent for delivery.
Under the circumstance, where we are not able to provide you with Artwork, due to unavailability of Artwork, or due to a website error, you will be informed by our team via email, and your full amount will be refunded without any deductions.
Right to Vary Terms (Zaaman Art)
Revisions will be made to these Terms occasionally, under the following events:
Changes made to payment methods
Changes made in our business model
Changes in any laws and regulations
Right to cancel order (Customer)
Orders can be canceled within a (24) hours time frame, from when the Order Confirmation email is received. A cancelation charge of 1.5% as an administration charge will be deducted, for more information on returns and cancelations please read our Returns and Cancelation Policy.
We strongly suggest all our consumers buy insurance. As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Artwork that are damaged or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by our “cancellations and returns policy”.
You will be notified about the cost of delivery before your order is placed. It will take 15-20 days for the Order to be dispatched and delivered to your doorstep, the delivery can take longer due to the transit route etc. If the delivery of your Order is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the steps taken to minimise the effect of the delay (such as customs, legal requirements, any other unforeseen circumstances).
Delivery will be considered complete when your Order is delivered to the address you gave us. Once the delivery is complete The Order will be your responsibility.

Zaaman Art will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
We are not responsible for paying any additional custom duty or other fees at point of arrival, that is charged directly by the shipment company, in some places (customer to pay) .
We understand that the quickest and easiest way to make payment is via credit card, but we are afraid that the maximum limit for each purchase is set at 1,200.00 USD by 3rd party payment processing companies. Any purchase beyond that amount should be paid via online bank transfers, please note, all transaction fees will be paid by the consumer.
Unforeseen Event or Situation
Zaaman Art can not be held responsible for any delays in services or failure to deliver under the circumstance of an unforeseen event that is not in our control, these events are mentioned below;
Unforeseen event or situation means any act or event beyond reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, pandemic, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Our team will contact you with all information regarding your Order and a new delivery date, if any unforeseen event that could disrupt our deliveries occurs.
