Zaaman Art has a no return/refund policy.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us via email or phone, so we can cancel the order before shipping. Zaaman Art will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Once an order has been processed, the Buyer acknowledges and understands that the order cannot be cancelled and there shall be no refund on any such payment received on the order.

Zaaman Art reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel placed orders and refund full amounts in the case where art work is not available for purchase, inaccuracies, change in legislation or errors in the Artwork or pricing information. In this case, if the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

What To Do If The Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within 48 hours of your merchandise delivery date, please call 888-908-3886 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday or email hello@zaamanart.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to hello@zaamanart.com 

Step 4 - A Zaaman Art support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

 

Responsibility of Returns

In Accordance with Zaaman Art Cancellations and Returns Policy. If any loss/damage is sustained to Artwork during shipment, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf subject to providing sufficient details to enable us to do so.

If any other reason is provided for the return, Zaaman Art reserves the right to investigate, and to debit any return shipment costs to your account should it reasonably be believed that the return was a result of breach of either applicable laws, or any other valid reason.

 

ArtWorks Lost in Transit

All our works will be shipped using traceable shipment methods via FedEx for all international deliveries and TCS for local deliveries within Pakistan. We encourage and advise all our customers to purchase valid insurance, Zaaman Art will accept no liability for Artworks lost in transit on their way to the customer, or during the returns process.
